Step 1
Pre-Inspection Briefing
We listen first, you tell us what matters. Whether it’s a specific concern, bank requirement, or engineer note. We review any agent, legal or earthquake documents ahead of time to make sure nothing’s missed.
Step 2
Drone & Site Overview
We fly a drone to safely scan the roof, flashings, gutters, and site from above. This gives a clear, high-resolution view of any damage, wear, or risk areas, without stepping on fragile surfaces or relying on guesswork. It’s safer, smarter, and means nothing gets missed.
Step 3
Subfloor & Foundation Assessment
Our remote-controlled rover checks under the house for framing condition, piles, insulation and plumbing. We also use a zip level to take millimetre-accurate floor level readings and highlight any variation or slope.
Step 4
Interior Deep Dive
We go room by room, checking every accessible area. We test fittings, fixtures, hardware, finishes and carry out non-invasive moisture testing throughout. All findings are documented with notes and photos so you know exactly what you're looking at.
Step 5
Written Report Within 24 Hours
You’ll receive a clear, visual report through our online portal complete with photos, annotated imagery, a defect summary, and next-step guidance. No jargon. Just straight up insight and the information you actually need.
Step 6
Verbal Debrief
We’ll talk you through the key findings, so you’re not left wondering what matters and what doesn’t. We’re always available to explain things further, especially if timeframes are tight.
