We may recommend a Weather Tightness Survey, which includes deeper testing, pin-probe verification and a closer look at claddings and joinery. We’ll talk you through it first and only proceed if needed.
Yes. Our reports are detailed, clearly structured and trusted by banks, lawyers, mortgage brokers and insurers across the region.

Yes, the report is yours to use however you need. Most clients forward it straight to their legal or finance team.
Pre-purchase building reports
Our pre-purchase building reports are detailed, fast, and honest. We inspect everything that matters so you can make an informed offer, negotiate with confidence, or walk away with your eyes open.
Pre-sale building reports
If you’re getting ready to put your home on the market, a pre-sale inspection gives you a head start. Our reports show buyers the true condition of your home and give you time to fix or disclose issues upfront. It builds trust, saves surprises, and helps deals go smoother.
Building condition inspections
This report is for owners who aren’t buying or selling, but still want to know exactly what condition their property is in. Whether you're a landlord planning maintenance or a homeowner wanting to stay ahead of future costs, our building condition reports help you make smart, informed decisions.
Floor level & subfloor survey
Uneven floors can be a sign of serious issues, or just a quirk of an older home. Our Floor Level and Subfloor Assessment gives you the detail you need to tell the difference. Using precision tools and subfloor access equipment, we’ll give you a full picture of what’s going on under the surface.
Drone roof inspections
Some roofs are just too steep, high or fragile to inspect safely by foot. Our drone roof inspections give you clear, high-resolution images of the full roof surface without needing to climb or rely on guesswork. If you want to understand the condition of your roof, this is the way to do it.
Weather tightness surveys
If there are signs of moisture inside a home, a weather tightness survey helps uncover where it's coming from and how serious it is. We use targeted testing and further investigation to give you clarity — not just speculation.
Commercial building inspections
Buying, selling or managing a commercial property? We’ll give you a clear, honest picture of its condition so you can make confident decisions. No jargon. No gaps. Just a full report backed by experience, detail and the right tools.
Still Not Sure What You Need?
If you’re unsure whether to book a full inspection or just check part of the property, get in touch. We’ll help you work out the best option based on your situation.
